We offer FULL REFUNDS for returned orders within 30 days of receipt.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase reception, a partial refund or exchange is available.
*Please note: We do not issue refunds for the following:
- Theft of package from home address
- Customer entering wrong address
To be eligible for a return, the items need to be in the same condition that you received it.
For all Returns/Exchanges, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and request. A shipping label will be provided at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the full refund of your order.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
In the event a chargeback is submitted by customer while they are eligible for a full refund, the chargeback must be removed before a full refund is applied.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. For changes in size, we offer free exchanges. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
All returned orders must be sent back in a plastic package, not a box. This makes the return process smoother with the shipping companies and ensures that you will receive your refund/exchange in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This includes the cost for the shipping label for original payment refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
