WHAT METHOD OF SHIPMENT IS USED?

We ship orders out with EXPRESS shipping from either TNT or DHL. Other carriers may be used to keep cost low if the expected delivery time is similar.

We ship out orders within 48 hours. Your order will be most likely shipped out the same day it is placed.

MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATED TIME. WHY IS THAT?

There can sometimes be delays in order time due to customs clearance, logistics hold-ups, holiday season, and other factors. Please understand that we cannot always control this. Delays can sometimes happen due to these things, so we ask that you remain patient and refer to the tracking provided for any updates.
